Changing Paradigms

This is the best teaching I have heard on paradigm shifting.

So much of what we do every day is because it originally began in a paradigm that was set decades, even centuries ago. Some of that is great and important tradition. But some of those paradigms are old, outdated, and obsolete and need to be immediately addressed.

This video is about our education systems and I think Sir Ken Robinson is right.
