Digital Distractions

Managing employees is way harder now than it was 50 years ago.  Mangers not only have to consider the new work life of Generation Y that actually considers their personal life more important than work life, but the enemy for managers is no longer just employee day dreaming.

The digital age has put work productivity on the defensive with a full offensive assault from every medium possible and unimaginable 50 years ago.

The war is on. And managers are going to lose this battle unless they proactively incorporate the digital age into the workplace.
